Turnaround Time

The standard turnaround time is 7 - 10 business day per 1-2 dolls after details are provided.

During the busy season, the turnaround time is 2 to 3 weeks.

Once completed, the artwork will be email to you. No physical products will be delivered.

Modification and Cancellation

We offer an option to purchase coverage for the doll you’re working with.

With the “Just in Case” Coverage you can:

  • Review the doll before finalizing it.

  • Make changes, adjust, or exchange the hairstyles, outfits, as well as change colors before it’s finalized.

  • Receive a refund before project is finalized or is cancelled without abandoning it. The Coverage is not refundable.

  • Transferable to future project if not used.

Please Note: If you choose NOT to purchase “Just in Case”, you’ll only be able to make small adjustments without changing the look, and a refund will not be available under these circumstances.

If the project has been abandoned with no response or update from the customer within 30 days, the project will be considered cancelled, and no refund or reinstatement will be provided.

Body pose, proportion, and facial appearance are not available to change.

Commercial License

This service includes a commercial license and allows you to use the doll to make a profit, DIY projects, and marketing purposes.

Usage Policy


Can I use the dolls on my products to sell?

Yes, you can use the doll for your merchandise.

What is your policy for Digital Products?

Digital products must be in a PDF format with other elements added to the illustration. No other digital format is acceptable.

What’s the difference between Commission Service and the Custom Doll Service?

The Commission Service offers one on one virtual calls, high number of modifications, full customization, involvement in each process stage, and sharing my creative suggestions… While the Custom Doll Service customization and service is limited.

Will my custom doll be sold in your shop?

I don’t have any plans to add your purchased dolls to my shop. I love the idea for everyone having their own styled dolls.


Are your commissions open?

You can send me an email as there are limited of spots available.

What‘s included with the Custom Doll?

  • 1 - Hairstyle and color of your choice

  • 1 - Skin Tone

  • 1 - Any outfit and color of your choice

  • 1 - Minor hair or outfit adjustment request.

After I received the finished doll, can I request a new hairstyle or outfit?

Absolustley, just as long reach out to me within the 30 days of receiving the dolls.

I can’t find the exact pose I want, can I make some changes?

The poses, body proportion, and facial expression are not changeable. However I open for suggestions and will create it for you and add the pose to the shop. Just select “Choose My Own Pose”.

Do you offer small changes to an existing dolls in your shop?

Yes I do. You can send me an email at Dinaalmonord@glammarks.com for the request.

Custom Request

Changes / Modification


I purchase the Custom Doll without the “Just in Case” Coverage, I just received it and notice the changes I would like to make, is it still possible?

Yes, you’ll be able to make the changes, but with additional fee. Just keep in mind that there will be a fee for each changes you like to make, so the cost will add up. The Coverage covers all the small and big changes.

I’ve purchased the coverage, when can I make the changes, if needed?

With the coverage, you’ll have the opportunity to review the doll before finalizing it. This is when you’ll be able to make some changes.


Purchasing 2 or more does with SAME pose:

If each doll will have a different hairstyle and outfit, just add the pose to the cart more than once.

Purchasing 1 doll with 2 or more outfit:

Since the package already include 1 outfit, you just need to add the extra item to the cart. Example: If it’s 2 extra outfits, then add it to the cart twice. The same goes with skin tones, hair, etc.
