Modifications and Re-do

I will work diligently and 1 on 1 with you during the process. You will receive 2 complimentary Round Revisions.

The progress of the illustration will be sent to you for review. You will have 48 hours to provide all your feedback at one once. I will go through all your comments, ideas, and questions with you. A new revision will be presented, and that's the end of the round 1 revision.

Any additional revision made after 2 complimentary revision will be a $5 fee.

There will be an additional $25 inconvenience fee if you ​decide to redo the entire illustration. ​

Cancellation and Refunds

My client’s satisfaction is my number one priority. I will do my best, based on my art style and level of skill, to satisfy your desire and vision for your illustration. 

Every order will have a start date for the rough sketch to begin.  ​

If you decide to place 50% down payment

100% of your deposit is refundable within 48 hours of the purchase

The remaining balance will be due once the illustration is completed.

75% of the deposit is refundable if cancel after the sketch is email to you and before I apply the colors.

The deposit is forfeited once you agree for me to continue after I present the sketch.

You receive a payment due date once the artwork is completed. If the payment is not received on time, the artwork will belong to Glam Marks.

If you abandon your project after 15 days without notifying me during the process:

The project will be canceled and you will not receive a refund. The art will now belong to Glam Marks. It is your responsibility to communicate with me.

Artist Cancellation:

I’ll do my best to satisfy my customer, however if you are not able to come to a conclusion with multiple try-ons during the sketching and coloring stage, the project will be cancelled.

Terms of Use

You will have the right to use the illustrations to sell your products. The public will not be able to purchase your artwork from me nor in my shop.
